We are pleased to present The Place at Santana Village; Fast Track Capital's third multi-family development project where we have partnered with MC Companies. The Place at Santana Village is a 224-unit apartment complex in Peoria, Arizona (part of Metropolitan Phoenix). Once built and operational, the complex is expected to generate cash flow and equity appreciation for investors.
