Sierra Vista is located in Arizona, projected by the US Census Bureau to be the second fastest growing state. The Sierra Vista marketplace has low unemployment and strong fundamentals due to consistent demand from the local military base and post-secondary institutions. This consistent demand, along with very little competitive development over the last decade, has resulted in above average occupancies and is expected to produce above average rent growth.
