The Place at Fountains (formerly known as Fountains at Sun City) is a 182-unit apartment complex in the retirement community of Sun City, Arizona. The property, built in 1996, includes resort style amenities such as a recreation center, social room, spa, pool, exercise facility, and barbeque areas.

The fundamentals of this property are strong. The U.S Census Bureau projects Arizona to be the second fastest growing state over the next 25 years. Fuelling further expansion in the area are projects such as the $2 billion renovation of Copper Square, a new 155 mile freeway network and a comprehensive light rail transit system that will link the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and Glendale.
