Banana Coast (formerly known as Trujillo Oceanfront Centre), located on the waterfront land in the town of Trujillo, Honduras, will consist of a 50,000 square foot commercial complex. This property will include retail space, office space, kiosks, and transportation.

The country of Honduras itself has a growing GDP with one of the highest tourism growth rates and most diversified economies in Central America. It is anticipated that the town of Trujillo specifically is poised for major growth as one of the last remaining undeveloped towns in the Caribbean.
