Referral Disclosure for Fast Track Capital Inc.
You may have been referred to Fast Track Capital Inc. by another member of the Fast Track Group or a person or entity outside of the Fast Track Group. Alternatively, you may have been referred by Fast Track Capital Inc. to another member of the Fast Track Group or a person or entity outside of the Fast Track Group that that offers products or services not offered by Fast Track Capital Inc. A brief description of the affiliates to whom you may be referred, and the general nature of the services each provides, is set out below.
- FAST Track Tax Strategy (FAST) educates clients in tax reduction strategies and offers products and solutions to reduce income tax payments.
- Caris Financial Corp. provides clients with information on secured lines of credit based on the appraised value of their home that is used to consolidate debt. In this respect, it is similar to a traditional line of credit or home equity line of credit.
Fees for Referral Services
A referral fee may be paid or received, directly or indirectly, by a registrant member of Fast Track Capital Inc., or by a referring employee of the Fast Track Group. The amount of any referral fee paid or received for referral services will not affect the fees paid or payable by you. A referral fee may also be paid if a referral arrangement is entered into between Fast Track Capital Inc. and a person or entity outside of the Fast Track Group. Particulars of the referral arrangements in respect of any referral arrangements may be obtained from the Fast Track Capital Inc. website. All service resulting from a referral arrangement complies with applicable securities law.
Current Referral arrangements involving Fast Track Capital Inc.
Between Fast Track Capital Inc. and FAST Track Tax Strategy
A registered Dealing Representative of Fast Track Capital Inc. will receive compensation for a referral to a representative of FAST Track Tax Strategy and a representative of FAST Track Tax Strategy will receive compensation for a referral to a registered Dealing Representative of Fast Track Capital Inc. The compensation is a one-time referral fee of $20 for the referral to the representative with an additional one-time referral fee of $30 if the referral results in either the participation of the FAST Track Tax Strategy program or an investment with Fast Track Capital Inc.
By Fast Track Capital Inc. to Caris Financial Corp.
Fast Track Capital Inc. Dealing Representatives may refer clients to Caris Financial Corp. The Registered Dealing Representative of Fast Track Capital Inc. will receive a one-time referral fee of $20 for the referral to Caris Financial Corp. with an additional one-time referral fee of $30 if the referral results in an account opening with Caris Financial Corp. Caris Financial Corp. also pays a referral fee of a variable percentage based on the value of the line of credit to an affiliate of Fast Track Capital Inc. for the referral resulting in an account opening with Caris Financial Corp.

Policies and Procedures have been adopted by Fast Track Capital Inc. to assist in identifying and addressing any potential conflicts of interest that may arise from these referral arrangements.
